Yes. You can try some at breakfast and purchase bottles. We currently  do not ship.

Refunds in full up to 4 days in advance. 50% up to 2 days in advance. The cut-off time is 6 pm of the cancellation day.

As an example: For a booking on Friday, the full refund cut-off would be 6 pm of the Monday of that week. The 50%  refund cut-off would be 6 pm of the Wednesday of that week.

Yes. There is a large shared refrigerator on the lower level. Any food leftover will be eaten of discarded at our discretion. If they're leftovers from the Inn at Pound, we'll most likely eat them.

Yes. Your host's living suite, the garage (except for entering and existing), and the workshop. Since all other areas are open to all, it's on a first come first serve basis. The only exception is the conference/office loft, but only if it is booked for special use.

The Apiary (bee hives)  has an electric fence. You can get a closer look at the bees when accompanied by your hosts.

Also, there is a fire pit on the patio. It's available to guests with prior permission from the hosts.

There are many birds, deer, wild turkeys, red-tailed hawks, owls, and a fox. There are also chipmunks, ground hogs, squirrels, and raccoons.

Our dogs have marked our property so we have not seen any coyotes.

Also, there are black bears roaming in Westchester. Although we have never seen one, our Apiary have been broken into twice (probably at night and with not much damage). This is why we installed the electric fence around the Apiary.
